Housing Plus and Energy Plus Academy Events

Through our partnership with the London School of Economics (LSE), we deliver the Housing Plus and Energy Plus academies; a series of events designed to tackle some of the key issues affecting low-income communities. Discussions from these events guide LSE research, creating briefings that influence high-level stakeholders to drive change. 

More than 1,500 people from all walks of life have attended academy events since the launch of the Housing Plus Academy in 2015, building key skills and sharing experiences that have helped shape the Government’s response to the Grenfell Tower disaster and Charter for Social Housing white paper.

Our Think Tanks and Workshops

Our immersive think tanks and workshops strive to find collaborative solutions for a variety of issues affecting communities today, from supporting those affected by domestic violence to finding ways to reduce energy usage.

Away from the distractions of everyday life in the natural and secluded surroundings of our Trafford Hall home, ideas flow and connections form easily. Most of our events are run as overnight residentials, giving everyone the opportunity to benefit from this relaxed environment.

Our events are excellent value with single day and dinner bed and breakfast rates available.
